When you request technical support or purchase a licence upgrade, you will be asked to provide your Licence ID. There are two places where this can be found. If you have the NetAnalysis v1.5x or NetAnalysis v1.x installed, you can find the Licence ID and "Valid From Date" by selecting Help » About from the main menu.
Licence ID for NetAnalysis v1.5x
The licence information for v1.5x can be found by selecting Help » About from the main menu when the application is running. Figure 1 shows the About NetAnalysis window.

The Licence ID is 32 characters long and is highlighted in Figure 1. If the licence is not valid for use with NetAnalysis, the software will show a message box as follows:

If you have installed NetAnalysis v1.5x, you can also establish the licence details by loading the licence into the Licence Key Management Utility. This can be found by selecting Digital Detective » NetAnalysis » Licence Key Management Utility from the Start Menu. Figure 3 shows an expired licence loaded into the utility.

The licence information for v1.x can be found by selecting Help » About from the main menu when the application is running. Figure 4 shows the About NetAnalysis window. The licence ID can be seen underneath the name of the licenced user.

Identifying a Valid Licence ID
There are only two types of Licence ID. Figure 3 above shows the older type which was displayed with NetAnalysis v1.20 to 1.37b. This identifier is 11 characters long and is split into two 5 alphanumeric blocks, separated by a hypen. The more recent identifier is used with the current licence and can be seen in Figure 1. It is 32 characters long and is separated into 3-5-5-5-5-3 alphanumeric carachters. Valid licence identifiers can be seen below:
